The North Shore costs no more than anywhere else — there is no travel fee — but we book it in blocks because of the bridges — we'll usually offer you a morning slot to stay ahead of the Second Narrows. Cars here live under trees and get more sap, more moss, and more organic staining than anywhere else in the region. Tree sap removal is included in our exterior decontamination rather than billed as an extra.

No. Anywhere we serve, the price you see is the price you pay — there is no travel fee, no fuel surcharge, and nothing added at the door. Several detailers in Metro Vancouver charge between $25 and $50 for this and mostly don't mention it until you're on the phone.
Can you detail a very dirty vehicle?
Yes. We regularly work on heavily soiled vehicles. However, vehicles requiring extensive cleaning may need additional time and an upgraded service to achieve the best possible result. If your vehicle is heavily soiled, we'll let you know before beginning the service.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain generally won't prevent us from completing your detail. If weather conditions become too heavy for us to work safely and effectively outdoors, we'll reschedule your appointment with priority within the next few days. If your vehicle is parked indoors, we can perform the detail regardless of weather conditions.
